Smart People Keep Calm, Stay Focused | Miosotis Jones

Let everybody else panic. Intelligent people stay calm and remain focused because they focus their minds on finding solutions and doing the best, they can to overcome the difficult circumstances.

There is no need to keep discrediting all the government’s authorities and health organizations around the globe for what is happening. They are working 24/7 to minimize spread, to find exceptional treatments, a cure, vaccine for the Coronavirus (Covid-19).

We should feel fortunate to be living in a time with so much technology at our fingertips. We all are a citizens of this planet and it is our responsibility to do the best we can to help.

How can we help, the governments authorities and health organizations? Simply as following their safety recommendations, stay home and stay contained.

How can we help our company or employer to stay up and running? catching up with paperwork, be available online and over the phone to assist your clients before or after office hours.

How can we keep calm and stay focus and be positive with everything that’s going on? Never underestimate the power of a prayer. Also yoga, meditation or breathing exercises can help us to calm down at any time. Remember your smart watch already has a breathing App included. It may be wise to reduce all the negative information coming from the media, friends and family that keep sending you just the bad news.

I’m going to spend some quality time with my loved ones.

I’m going to reconnect with my family.

I’m going to rest.

I’m going to tackle that old to-do list around the house.

I’m going to make some new delicious recipes with all those tons of food, I purchased in the past few days.

I’m going to Play games with the kids.

I’m going to start watching a new TV series with my significant other.
